Why we ask for twenty minutes first
We don't have people sitting on a bench waiting for you.
This is the part that makes us different, and it's also why a form on its own isn't enough. We don't search a database and send you whoever looks closest. Every search is built from scratch, for one client and one role. That only works if we understand the role properly first, and there's no way to get there without a conversation.
The call is where the role gets built
Not a job title. The actual tasks, the hours, the tools you work in and the things that repeat every week. That brief is what we go and recruit against, and it's the difference between a good hire and a near miss.
Then the search starts, at our cost
A job post written for your role, sourcing and headhunting across our own network, screening, and a skills test built around a real task from your business. Hundreds of applicants get filtered down before anyone reaches you.
You only meet the finalists
Two or three people, with their test results in front of you, so you're choosing between good options rather than guessing. If none of them feel right, we go back and keep looking.

Questions people ask at this point
Do I pay anything to get started?
No. You sign the agreement and we begin recruiting at our own cost. Payment only enters the picture once you've interviewed candidates and chosen the person you want, and there's no recruitment fee and no setup fee at any point.
How fast can I have someone?
For most roles we present candidates within a few business days of the call. More specialised roles usually take two to three weeks. The clock starts when the role is defined, which is what the call is for.
What does it cost?
Rates run from $6.50 to $25 an hour depending on the role. Most full time placements land between roughly $1,100 and $2,600 a month. That covers recruitment, screening, payroll, HR administration and ongoing support, with nothing added on top.
Will you just send me someone from a database?
No. There's no bench and no pool of pre-hired assistants here. We recruit from scratch for every role, which is slower and more expensive for us, and it's the reason clients stay for years rather than months. It also means the conversation up front genuinely matters.
Can they work my hours?
Yes. We agree the schedule before recruiting starts, including US, UK and Australian business hours, so candidates only reach you if those hours work for them long term.
What if the person isn't a good fit?
We find you a replacement at no extra cost. It doesn't happen often, but when it does we handle it and you're not paying twice for the same hire.
I'm not ready to hire right now. Should I still take the call?
Yes, and probably more so. There's no cost and no commitment either way, and searches take time. Having the role defined and the number agreed means that when you are ready, we press start instead of beginning from zero.
Who will I be speaking to?
One of our VA strategists. Their job is to work out what should come off your plate and what the role needs to look like, and they've done it for hundreds of businesses. Bring the messy version of the question, they've heard it.
What happens if I don't book a call?
Nothing is lost, but nothing starts either. We can't run a search from a form, because the search is built around your specific tasks, hours and systems, and those only get defined in the conversation. Booking is the difference between this sitting in a queue and candidates being sourced this week.
