We carefully review your application — your experience, English proficiency, and skill fit for current client openings. If there’s a strong match, we’ll move you to the next stage.
If relevant to your role, we’ll send you a custom skills test designed around the actual tasks you’ll be doing. This is your chance to show what you can do — not just what’s on your CV.
A one-on-one interview with our recruitment team. We’ll discuss your background, working style, communication skills, and how you’d fit with our clients. Think of it as a friendly professional conversation.
If you’re shortlisted for a specific client opening, we’ll set up a meeting with the client directly. This is where you make your final impression — and where most of our placements are confirmed.
