At this stage, we narrow down the field to one or two final candidates whom we will introduce to you for a final interview and your approval. From here, you will have a new team member ready to join your organization!
The whole process is super fast, and can be in only a few days!
With your collaboration, we create a comprehensive documentation kit that fully records the process. The documents are precise and include all sub-processes. During the preparation of these documents, we will ask you questions to ensure accuracy.
The final product is a primary SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document that describes the process, accompanied by a set of documents and supplementary tables as required.
