No. There’s no limit. VA Masters maintains open positions across multiple industries and countries at all times. The more qualified candidates you submit and successfully place, the more you earn.
What happens after I submit a candidate?
VA Masters takes over. We run the candidate through our proprietary skills assessments, conduct in-depth interviews, and match them with the appropriate client. You can track your candidate’s progress in real time through your dedicated application tracker.
Do I need to manage the client or the VA after placement?
No. VA Masters handles all client communication, contracts, payroll, HR, onboarding, training, and ongoing management. Your role ends at candidate submission — we take care of everything else.
What tools and support do I receive?
Upon onboarding, you receive a detailed process guide, a live application status tracker, video training materials, access to current open positions, and a dedicated VA Masters team member for your questions and support.
Can I share VA Masters’ skill tests with candidates?
No. VA Masters’ skill tests and assessment methodologies are proprietary trade secrets. Partners are strictly prohibited from sharing test content, coaching candidates on answers, recording assessments, or using our methodologies with other parties.
