AI Video Generation VA

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Generation VA to transform static product images into short, realistic AI-generated videos. In this role, you’ll use AI video tools to convert batches of images into polished clips and organize the finished output for the next stage of the content workflow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable with AI video generation platforms, and obsessive about quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert large batches of product images (typically 60–80 at a time) into short, realistic AI-generated videos
• Use AI video generation tools such as Google Flow or Higgsfield to produce 8-second clips from source images
• Ensure each generated video looks realistic and clean, free of visual glitches, distortions, or artifacts
• Create multiple distinct image variations of a single product (e.g., the same item shown in different settings) before generating video
• Generate one video per image, maintaining consistency and quality across the full batch
• Organize and sort completed videos into clearly labeled folders for handoff (Dropbox or similar)
• Maintain a smooth daily output flow so finished videos are ready for the next stage of the content pipeline
• Quality-check all output before delivery to catch any unrealistic or flawed clips

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Google Flow, Higgsfield, or similar image-to-video platforms)
• Strong eye for detail to spot and reject glitchy or unrealistic AI output
• Experience producing short-form AI video content from static images
• Proficiency with file organization and cloud storage tools such as Dropbox or Google Drive
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and process large batches of files systematically
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a content workflow

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with creating product or e-commerce content
• Experience generating multiple image variations of a single product across different settings
• Understanding of short-form video formats and what makes them visually appealing
• Ability to suggest improvements to the video generation process
• Experience working within a multi-person content production pipeline
