Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor and Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using AI content tools to produce high-quality graphics and videos at scale. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can leverage AI platforms to streamline production, maintain visual consistency, and deliver a high volume of polished content efficiently. The ideal candidate combines a strong design eye with technical fluency in modern AI-powered video and image tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce video content at scale using AI generation tools such as HeyGen for avatar and spokesperson videos
• Generate and edit AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs for narration, dubbing, and audio enhancement
• Create and edit graphics and imagery using AI image tools such as Nano Banana
• Design visually compelling graphics for social media, marketing, and brand assets
• Edit and assemble videos into finished, publish-ready content across multiple formats
• Maintain consistent branding, style, and quality across all graphics and video output
• Manage a high volume of content production while meeting deadlines
• Repurpose and adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
• Stay current on new AI video and design tools to improve speed and output quality

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer
• Hands-on experience with HeyGen for AI video generation
• Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs (11Labs) for AI voice and audio
• Experience with Nano Banana or comparable AI image generation/editing tools
• Strong proficiency in video editing and graphic design software
• Strong creative eye with excellent sense of visual hierarchy, color, and typography
• Ability to produce content at scale without sacrificing quality
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or After Effects
• Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with multiple AI content and automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience building or following content production workflows and templates
