Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized TikTok Shop Posting VA to manage content posting across multiple TikTok accounts. In this role, you’ll take completed short-form videos and publish them across a growing portfolio of TikTok Shop accounts, adding captions, music, and affiliate sales links while keeping each account compliant and violation-free. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on mobile, knows the TikTok Shop ecosystem well, and brings a meticulous, systematic approach to managing multiple accounts at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Post short-form video content across multiple TikTok Shop accounts on a daily basis
- Manage and operate several TikTok accounts simultaneously, signing in and posting to each
- Add captions, music, and affiliate sales links to every post
- Add products to the TikTok Shop showcase to enable affiliate selling
- Ensure each video is posted uniquely per account to avoid duplicate-content violations and suspensions
- Retrieve finished videos from shared cloud folders and organize them for posting
- Monitor account health and maintain compliance with TikTok’s posting policies
- Keep consistent posting activity across all accounts
- Support expansion of content posting to additional social commerce platforms as the role grows
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience managing and posting to multiple TikTok accounts
- Solid familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate/social commerce setup
- Experience posting short-form video content via mobile/phone
- Strong understanding of TikTok content policies and how to avoid violations or account suspensions
- Comfortable adding captions, music, and affiliate links to posts
- Proficiency with cloud file management tools such as Dropbox or Google Drive
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a highly organized working style
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing or bottom-of-funnel selling
- Familiarity with Instagram Shopping or other social commerce platforms
- Experience handling accounts across US and UK markets
- Awareness of current social commerce and short-form video trends
- Ability to recommend and teach new platform strategies as opportunities arise
