Job Summary
We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own and grow a founder’s LinkedIn presence and turn audience attention into real conversations and qualified leads. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how LinkedIn actually works — the algorithm, engagement, and outreach — and who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions. The ideal candidate blends sharp written English, strong outreach instincts, and an analytical eye for what’s working.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder’s profile
- Run daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on posts from the target audience to grow profile visibility
- Build targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences through outreach campaigns
- Identify warm leads — people who engaged with the content — and reach out with personalized, non-spammy messages
- Track performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads, and report on results
- Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach based on what the numbers show
- Keep all outreach safe, personal, and on-brand at all times
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation (with real examples or results)
- Excellent written English for crafting comments and messages to a professional, international audience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, or similar
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists
- Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026
- A proactive, ownership mindset — spots opportunities and acts on them
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B, agencies, or founder/personal brand accounts
- Familiarity with content tools such as AuthoredUp or Taplio
- Comfort with prospecting and enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, or Lusha
- An analytical eye — comfortable reading data and turning it into decisions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
