Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer & Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing, telemarketing, and lead generation. This company is expanding into the US market, bringing its expertise in SEO, PPC, web development, and social media marketing to American businesses.

The ideal candidate will combine strong digital marketing knowledge with sales experience to prospect, generate leads, and close deals with business owners in industries like construction, professional services, and other B2B sectors. You will be at the forefront of growing our presence in the US, making outbound calls, and driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cold outreach to 50+ business owners across target industries (construction, professional services, B2B sectors)
  • Research and identify qualified leads using online resources, databases, and social media platforms
  • Reach out to decision-makers via phone to introduce the company’s digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, WordPress development, and social media marketing
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent lead generation
  • Present and sell comprehensive digital marketing solutions that address client needs and pain points
  • Schedule discovery calls and presentations for the closing team, ensuring smooth transitions for prospects
  • Respond to inquiries regarding digital marketing strategies and campaign execution, providing valuable insights
  • Log all outreach activities, sales progress, and client interactions into the company’s CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success
  • Collaborate closely with Israeli project managers to align on client acquisition strategies and sales goals

Mandatory Requirements

  • Native-level or equivalent proficiency in English, with excellent phone communication skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (telemarketing, lead generation, and closing deals), ideally in the digital marketing or technology services industries
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads), WordPress development, and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and overcoming objections effectively
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience researching, qualifying, and converting business leads online
  • Comfortable making 50+ outreach attempts daily with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client calls during business hours (US West Coast time)
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US West Coast time

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience selling digital marketing services to US businesses
  • Familiarity with industries like construction, professional services, or other B2B sectors
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving high-value leads

Trial Period

During the first two weeks, you’ll focus on cold lead generation to demonstrate your sales skills. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition to working with warm leads from our marketing campaigns while continuing to build your own pipeline of opportunities.
