3D Motion Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer VA to support creative production teams with non-billable design work related to events, venues, and digital installations. This role focuses on creating short animations, motion assets, and visual content that support live events, LED installations, and venue presentations.

You will work closely with internal designers and managers, contributing motion graphics that align with established creative standards and project briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short motion graphics and animations for LED walls, event visuals, and presentations
• Support internal design teams with non-billable creative production tasks
• Animate existing design assets for use in live event environments
• Assist with visual mockups, concept animations, and design explorations
• Make revisions based on internal feedback and project requirements
• Organize and manage motion files, versions, and exports
• Collaborate with designers and project teams during overlapping work hours

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or Motion Graphics Artist
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D
• Experience supporting event, experiential, or live production design
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, basic file management)
