Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to enhance the online presence of a real estate business. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating content, executing marketing campaigns, and engaging with online communities to increase visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media management, content creation, and has a strategic mindset to think outside the box. You will help build a strong digital brand presence while supporting marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts and content for various platforms.
  • Edit videos (reels, shorts, etc.) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Repurpose content for various social media channels to maximize engagement.
  • Run email marketing campaigns including newsletters, featured listings, and updates.
  • Produce graphics for posts and promotions.
  • Gather local statistics and create reports on trends, such as real estate market performance.
  • Design and manage marketing materials, such as brochures and digital flyers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content.
  • Help with market research to identify unique marketing opportunities or trends.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing strategies to differentiate the brand from competitors.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Experience with video editing and content repurposing (e.g., for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to write compelling captions, headlines, and email content.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Real estate marketing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media scheduling platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of senior community marketing or real estate relocation trends.
  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
