  • *Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Content Creator VA to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms. You’ll take company-provided video footage and transform it into polished, engaging content designed to build our brand and connect with our community. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with proven experience managing social media accounts end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and enhance company-provided video footage into polished, scroll-stopping content
  • Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Design visually appealing static posts, graphics, and story content for multiple platforms
  • Manage company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Schedule and publish content consistently following a content calendar
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and on-brand copy tailored to each platform
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding as appropriate
  • Track content performance and generate regular reports on key metrics
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Propose creative content ideas and strategic improvements to grow reach and engagement

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong video editing skills, particularly for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices, formats, and algorithms
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and social media content
  • Creative eye with a sharp sense for visual design, composition, and branding consistency
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating content in the healthcare, home care, senior care, or wellness niche
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated track record of growing brand accounts organically
  • Ability to contribute strategic input beyond execution of assigned tasks
  • Experience with community management and audience engagement
