  • *Job Summary:** We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry VA to support the daily administrative operations of a growing home care services business. This role focuses on accurate data entry across multiple systems, auditing employee time records, and supporting payroll processing. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong computer skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry tasks across multiple internal systems
  • Audit employee time punches across two different time-tracking systems on a daily basis
  • Enter employee data and hours into the payroll system accurately and on time
  • Generate and submit a required daily report covering multiple operational items
  • Learn and navigate the company’s EMR (electronic medical records) platform
  • Flag discrepancies in time records and communicate them promptly
  • Cross-reference data between systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and client information
  • Support the office team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong computer skills and solid proficiency with data entry tools
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly pick up new software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms and tools simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of payroll concepts and processes
  • Strong time management and the ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or home care industry
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as WellSky or similar platforms
  • Experience with time-tracking, scheduling, or payroll software
  • Understanding of HIPAA or general healthcare data privacy practices
  • Experience performing audits or reconciling records across systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
