Full TimeSales and Business Development
- *Job Summary:** We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closer & Appointment Setter to manage and convert both hot inbound leads and cold outbound prospects. The ideal candidate has proven experience closing sales over the phone, is confident navigating GoHighLevel (GHL), and can also support light social media management. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to hot inbound leads within a 5-minute window to maximize conversion
- Conduct outbound cold calls to a database of 400+ contacts and nurture them through the pipeline
- Close sales end-to-end using provided scripts, nurturing PDFs, and follow-up processes
- Set appointments and manage lead flow from first touch to final close
- Manage leads inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — updating contact records, tracking stages, and navigating the pipeline
- Monitor and respond to inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
- Create and post social media content 3–5 times per week across Facebook and Instagram
- Produce 3–5 story slides and short-form videos per week
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up to ensure a smooth path to close
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience closing sales over the phone
- Strong cold calling and appointment setting background
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management and pipeline navigation
- Experience managing social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram, including Meta Business Suite
- Excellent English communication skills — clear, confident, and professional on calls
- Comfortable following structured sales scripts and lead nurturing processes
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Track record converting paid ad leads (Google LSA, Meta Ads, or similar) into booked appointments
- Background in content creation and short-form video production
- Familiarity with CRM pipelines and lead nurturing best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Prior experience handling both inbound hot leads and cold outbound outreach
- Experience creating social media posts and story slides
