Social Media and Content VA

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Content VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and maintaining consistent brand communication across channels. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with different content formats, understands social media trends, and can support content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging captions, graphics, and basic video content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and organize content calendars to ensure consistent posting
• Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve content strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience with content scheduling tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Experience working remotely in a similar role
• Knowledge of content planning and digital marketing strategies
