Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and articulate Lead Management and Support VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer calls, manage leads through internal systems, and ensure every inquiry is addressed with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of delivering a smooth and efficient caller experience while adapting to service-specific terminology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information to customers
  • Manage call records, input data into the CRM, and track lead status
  • Use call management systems to log interactions and follow call-handling protocols
  • Learn and apply service-specific terminology when communicating with customers
  • Assess caller needs quickly and direct them to the appropriate solution
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in all interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues or escalate calls when needed

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
  • Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling tools
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-volume environments
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or dispatch roles
  • Familiarity with lead tracking or ticketing systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical or service-related terminology
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of call systems or custom CRMs (e.g., PBX systems)
