Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled N8N Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that streamline our business operations. This role is ideal for a technically strong problem-solver who is fluent in workflow automation and comfortable integrating multiple tools and APIs. You will work closely with the business owner to translate processes into efficient, reliable automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain automation workflows in N8N
- Design and integrate GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows to support marketing and operational processes
- Develop and manage integrations using AWS services
- Implement and configure VAPI for voice/AI-driven automations
- Connect and troubleshoot APIs across multiple platforms
- Optimize existing workflows for reliability, speed, and scalability
- Document automation processes clearly for ongoing reference
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to align automations with business goals
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise building and automating workflows in N8N
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience with VAPI
- Strong understanding of API integrations and troubleshooting
- Able to provide references and examples of previous automation work
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven tools and processes
- Familiarity with additional automation or no-code/low-code platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
