Job Summary
We are looking for an advanced N8N & AI Automation Specialist to build, debug, and optimize the automation systems that power our growing e-commerce and content operation. You will take ownership of our existing n8n workflows, integrate AI tools and agents across our processes, and stack the right automation to eliminate manual work as we scale across TikTok Shop, social platforms, and beyond. The ideal candidate is a proactive, senior problem-solver who brings their own ideas, leads projects independently, and has hands-on experience automating e-commerce and social-monetization businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, debug, and optimize n8n automation workflows, including repairing broken nodes and completing unfinished flows
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into existing business processes to reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain automation for a TikTok Shop dropshipping operation
- Research, recommend, and stack the best AI and automation tools to streamline operations
- Automate content-creation workflows, including short-form video and clip editing where possible
- Support e-commerce tasks such as store management, order processing, and refunds through automation
- Build and scale systems across new channels, including additional social platforms and YouTube
- Proactively lead automation projects, propose improvements, and bring fresh ideas
- Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and keep workflows running reliably
Mandatory Skills
- Advanced hands-on experience with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows and repairing broken nodes
- Strong experience integrating AI tools, APIs, and AI agents into automated workflows
- Proven ability to design end-to-end automation that reduces manual work
- Experience automating or supporting e-commerce operations
- Ability to independently lead projects, troubleshoot, and propose solutions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience building automation flows for e-commerce or social-monetization businesses
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and dropshipping operations
- Experience with AI-powered content creation, short-form video, and clip-editing tools
- Knowledge of building AI agents and virtual avatars
- Experience automating social media growth across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
