*Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert to build, manage, and optimize our marketing and sales automation systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring funnels, workflows, pipelines, and integrations within GoHighLevel and can independently translate business goals into clean, automated systems. This role suits someone who is technically sharp, detail-oriented, and confident working inside CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Build, customize, and maintain funnels, landing pages, and forms in GoHighLevel
Design and implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and onboarding
Set up and manage CRM pipelines, tags, custom fields, and contact segmentation
Configure email and SMS marketing campaigns, triggers, and sequences
Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools using Zapier, webhooks, or native integrations
Set up calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
Manage membership sites, courses, and client portals within GHL
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing automations
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics
Document SOPs and maintain clean, organized account structures

Proven hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong knowledge of building funnels, workflows, and automations
Experience setting up CRM pipelines, tags, and custom fields
Ability to configure email and SMS campaigns and triggers
Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, webhooks, API basics)
Solid understanding of marketing and sales automation principles
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions clearly

Experience with white-label or agency GHL setups (SaaS Mode)
Familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, and other GHL integrations
Basic HTML/CSS for landing page and email template customization
Background in working with marketing or sales agencies
Experience with reputation management and review automation features
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
