- *Job Summary:** We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Caller to join our team and help drive appointment bookings for our financial services business. The ideal candidate has excellent English, a clear and professional speaking voice, and the stamina to make a high volume of outbound calls each day using a power dialer. This role is performance-based, with strong commission earning potential on top of a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 300-400 outbound calls per day using a power dialer system
- Book qualified appointments with prospective business owners interested in bookkeeping and tax planning services
- Follow a provided call script while adapting tone and approach to each prospect
- Handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged through the conversation
- Update lead information, call notes, and outcomes in Google Sheets and CRM systems
- Maintain consistent daily call activity and meet appointment-setting targets
- Work closely with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Track personal performance metrics and report on daily call activity
- Follow up with leads as needed to confirm booked appointments
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor on every call
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telesales
- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and neutral accent
- Strong, friendly, and confident phone tonality
- Hands-on experience using a power dialer (or similar high-volume calling software)
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection professionally
- Proficient with Google Sheets for logging calls and updates
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a positive, goal-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience calling business owners or B2B prospects
- Background in financial services, bookkeeping, accounting, or tax-related industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Previous experience hitting or exceeding appointment-setting quotas
- Ability to manage multiple lead lists simultaneously
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and improve
