Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced GHL AI Setup Specialist to build and deliver client sub-accounts from the ground up, with a strong focus on configuring GoHighLevel’s AI capabilities. This role goes far beyond general CRM administration — you will be writing system prompts, designing conversation flows, and configuring Voice AI and Conversation AI so that every sub-account is production-ready on handover. The ideal candidate knows GoHighLevel deeply, works methodically, and can take a sub-account from blank slate to fully delivered without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure new client sub-accounts within GoHighLevel from setup through final delivery
- Write, test, and refine system prompts for AI agents to match each client’s tone, offer, and use case
- Design and map conversation flows, including branching logic, fallbacks, and escalation paths
- Configure Voice AI and Conversation AI, including keyword triggers, intents, and response handling
- Build automation workflows using branching, wait steps, and conditional logic
- Set up and manage Custom Fields and Custom Values to support dynamic personalisation across workflows and AI conversations
- Configure calendars, booking flows, availability rules, and appointment automations
- Create, maintain, and deploy snapshots to standardise and speed up future sub-account builds
- Test every build end to end before handover, identifying and resolving issues prior to delivery
- Document setup steps and maintain repeatable processes for consistent sub-account delivery
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on, demonstrable GoHighLevel experience — generic CRM or marketing automation experience alone will not qualify
- Proven ability to build GHL workflows using branching, wait steps, and conditional logic
- Working command of Custom Fields and Custom Values within GHL
- Experience configuring GHL calendars and appointment booking systems
- Experience creating and deploying GHL snapshots
- Practical experience writing system prompts for AI agents
- Solid understanding of conversation flow design and how to structure AI-led conversations
- Understanding of keyword and intent configuration for Voice AI and Conversation AI
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to test builds thoroughly before delivery
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Experience setting up multiple sub-accounts in a high-volume or agency environment
- Familiarity with GHL’s Marketplace, integrations, and API or webhook connections
- Experience with other automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Background in prompt engineering or working with large language models
- Experience building funnels, forms, and landing pages inside GHL
- Ability to create SOPs, loom walkthroughs, or internal documentation
- Ability to manage multiple sub-account builds simultaneously without dropping details
