- *Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to set up and manage our email marketing infrastructure and support our digital marketing efforts. This role centers on building email nurturing sequences, creating newsletters, and handling SEO-related tasks for our blog. The ideal candidate is experienced with CRM platforms and marketing automation, brings a proactive mindset, and can suggest improvements to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure FluentCRM from the ground up, including all automation workflows and email sequences
- Design and build email nurturing sequences to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Create and format monthly email newsletters based on provided copy and content direction
- Upload blog posts to the WordPress website, including formatting, image placement, and internal linking between articles
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for blog content, including meta tags, keywords, and link structure
- Monitor email campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and trends
- Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing workflows and proactively suggest enhancements
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, sequences, and automations for easy reference and reporting
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience setting up and managing CRM and email marketing platforms (FluentCRM experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation, including drip campaigns, nurturing sequences, and segmentation
- Experience with WordPress, including blog post management, formatting, and basic on-page SEO
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals such as internal linking, keyword optimization, and meta descriptions
- Ability to design and format professional email templates and newsletters
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and willingness to share ideas and suggest improvements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress page builders (Bricks Builder is a plus)
- Familiarity with marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategy for B2B audiences
- Background in marketing for training, education, or professional services industries
- Experience with analytics and reporting on email and content marketing performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly in corporate training or L&D environments
