Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced eBay Product Listing Specialist to support a growing dropshipping operation. This role centers on researching, validating, and creating high-quality eBay listings using ZIK Analytics and dropshipping platforms such as AppScenic. The ideal candidate has strong eBay expertise, sharp product-sourcing instincts, and a clear quality-over-quantity mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Research and validate products using ZIK Analytics to identify high-potential items for eBay
Source products from approved dropshipping suppliers, including AppScenic and other FBM-friendly platforms
Create high-quality eBay listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and category placement
Score and present each product for approval before publishing, using a structured traffic-light system (full pack for top picks, short summary for lower-priority items)
Validate product viability through ZIK data, supplier performance, and competitor benchmarking
Manage and update existing listings to maintain quality, accuracy, and performance
Monitor supplier inventory, pricing changes, and stock availability to keep listings live and accurate
Apply a “sniper” approach to product selection — quality and approval over volume
Collaborate closely with the business owner on listing strategy and ongoing optimization
Track listing performance and recommend improvements to boost visibility and conversions

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience creating and managing eBay listings (eBay Seller Hub proficiency)
Hands-on experience with ZIK Analytics for product research and validation
Solid understanding of the dropshipping / FBM business model on eBay
Experience with AppScenic or similar dropshipping supplier platforms
Strong grasp of eBay SEO — titles, descriptions, item specifics, category selection
Comfortable presenting product research findings clearly for client approval before listing
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with the UK eBay marketplace and UK-based wholesale suppliers (e.g., Cost-wise / Value 2 You)
Experience with eBay promoted listings and promotion settings
Working knowledge of eBay analytics and seller performance metrics
Ability to spot trending products and high-margin dropshipping opportunities
Track record of growing or revitalizing underutilized eBay stores
Ability to manage multiple sourcing lanes and workflows simultaneously
