Job Summary
We are looking for a polished and reliable Concierge Virtual Assistant to support a luxury real estate investment company. This role centers on delivering a white-glove experience for our investors — handling stay-related inquiries, coordinating exclusive bookings, and providing curated recommendations across our property destinations. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a warm and professional tone, and a strong hospitality mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries about stays, night allocations, and property usage
- Respond to investor requests via email, text, and occasional phone calls within a 24-hour window
- Provide tailored recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local experiences at each destination
- Coordinate restaurant reservations and confirm bookings on behalf of investors
- Schedule private chefs, in-home services, and bespoke experiences upon request
- Arrange specialty packages such as cruises, ski trips, and other leisure activities
- Act as the liaison between investors and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination
- Maintain organized records of investor preferences, requests, and recurring bookings
- Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and elevated level of service across every interaction
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional tone
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in concierge, hospitality, or high-end client-facing roles
- Strong ability to communicate professionally across email, text, and phone
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Quick turnaround time and ability to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive requests
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Polished, professional demeanor when interacting with high-net-worth clients
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, or boutique real estate
- Familiarity with booking platforms, reservation systems, and travel coordination tools
- Experience supporting investors, members, or VIP clients
- Knowledge of fine dining, travel, and premium lifestyle services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Resourceful and proactive in researching and recommending experiences
