Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive AI-Powered Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of tasks and build things independently using AI tools. This role is perfect for someone who works fluently with ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms and can turn simple instructions into finished outputs — from landing pages and content to keyword research and basic ad campaigns. We need a self-starter who is curious, solution-oriented, and thrives when given the freedom to figure things out.

Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms daily to generate content, prompts, and workflows
Build landing pages and simple websites using AI-powered and no-code tools
Create written content including copy, messaging, articles, and marketing materials with strong structure
Conduct keyword research for SEO and paid campaigns
Set up and manage basic Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Perform online research on various topics and deliver clear, organized summaries
Develop AI workflows and prompt systems to streamline repetitive tasks
Execute open-ended requests independently with minimal hand-holding
Test new tools, platforms, and approaches to creatively solve problems

Mandatory Skills

Daily, hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
Proven ability to generate high-quality content, prompts, and workflows using AI
Capable of building landing pages and simple websites independently
Basic working knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Familiarity with PPC campaigns and keyword research
Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of content structure and messaging
Fast, organized, and solution-oriented work style
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Wix, Carrd, or similar)
Familiarity with AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.)
Experience creating automations or workflows in Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Basic SEO knowledge
Background in digital marketing or content marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
