  • *Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and confident Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and unafraid of the phone — someone who thrives in a fast-paced calling environment and can confidently engage with prospects throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls (several hundred dials) during scheduled calling hours
  • Contact warm leads from a provided list of prospects who have expressed interest
  • Qualify leads by asking the right questions to assess fit and interest level
  • Schedule appointments and book qualified prospects into the calendar
  • Follow a proven calling script while adapting naturally to each conversation
  • Handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged
  • Maintain accurate records of every call, including outcomes and follow-up notes
  • Update the CRM and lead tracking system after each interaction
  • Follow up with prospects who didn’t answer or requested a callback
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and common objections heard on calls

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, cold caller, or telemarketer
  • Comfortable making several hundred outbound calls per shift without hesitation
  • No fear of the phone — confident, energetic, and persistent on calls
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and engaging tone
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience handling objections and keeping conversations on track
  • Familiarity with CRMs and lead tracking tools for logging call activity
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
  • Stable, high-quality internet connection and a quiet calling environment

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience setting appointments in the insurance industry
  • Experience calling warm leads (people who have already expressed interest)
  • Familiarity with dialer software and lead management platforms
  • Strong sales instincts and ability to identify qualified prospects quickly
  • Experience working with US-based clients or prospects
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated throughout the shift

8:00 am to 12:00 pm or 9.00 am to 1.00 pm central time USA
