Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and resourceful B2B Online Sales & Retail Partnership Manager to spearhead the expansion of our online distribution and wholesale sales channels in the U.S. market. This role is focused on identifying and securing wholesale accounts, building relationships with online retailers and distribution partners, and growing sales through platforms like Faire.com. The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B sales background with experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and manage B2B sales opportunities across online wholesale and retail channels
  • Conduct targeted outreach to online retailers, wholesale buyers, and e-commerce distribution partners
  • Build and nurture partnerships with beauty and wellness distributors
  • Expand sales through Faire.com and similar wholesale marketplace platforms
  • Manage ongoing retailer relationships, follow-ups, and account communications
  • Present product lines and sales materials to prospective buyers and retail partners
  • Support the onboarding and operational coordination of new retail partners
  • Explore and develop TV shopping and media commerce opportunities and partnerships
  • Track sales pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, and report on progress
  • Research and identify new distribution channels and market opportunities within the U.S. market

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on outreach, prospecting, and closing accounts
  • Experience in wholesale account management or retail partnership development
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. e-commerce and online retail landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling product presentations and sales materials
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Faire.com or similar online wholesale platforms
  • Background in the beauty, wellness, haircare, or skincare industry
  • Experience with TV shopping or media commerce channels
  • Familiarity with boutique retail outreach and onboarding processes
  • Experience expanding a brand from professional/B2B into direct-to-consumer retail channels
  • Knowledge of Korean beauty or scalp care product trends is a plus
