YouTube Specialist Wanted

Help us get way more from the content we’re already making

We’ve got two YouTube channels, a creative team cranking out videos, and a nagging feeling we could be doing way better with what we’ve got. That’s where you come in.

We’re not looking for someone to make videos—we need someone who can look at what we’re doing and tell us how to do it smarter. Think: optimization guru, analytics whisperer, and strategic advisor rolled into one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Digging into the data on our two channels (one for clients, one for VAs)
  • Telling us what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • Reviewing our thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags—the whole shebang
  • Giving us clear, actionable recommendations we can actually implement
  • Tracking what changes move the needle and what doesn’t
  • Bonus points if you want to throw in some content ideas (not required, but we’re open!)

Must-Haves:

  • You know YouTube SEO inside and out—this isn’t your first rodeo
  • You can look at analytics and actually tell us what they mean
  • You’ve helped channels grow before and can prove it
  • You communicate clearly in English (we need to understand your recommendations!)
  • You’re comfortable working solo and taking initiative

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve worked with B2B content before
  • You’re familiar with tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ
  • You keep up with YouTube algorithm changes and best practices
  • You’ve analyzed competitor channels and know what works in different niches

The Setup:

  • Start part-time (20 hours/week) or project-based
  • If you’re crushing it, we’ll talk full-time after the first month
  • Flexible hours—we care about results, not when you’re online
