Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing and Content Management VA to support a wellness author and educator. The role involves managing social media platforms, content creation, and marketing campaigns to promote the client’s books, events, and wellness services. This is a remote position for someone passionate about health and wellness and looking to play an integral part in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging content that promotes books, wellness events, and services.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update the client’s website with new content, keeping it fresh and relevant.
- Organize and maintain a content calendar for social media and email campaigns.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional posts.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media and via email, maintaining professional and engaging communication.
- Utilize CRM tools like Mailchimp to manage email lists and communication with clients.
- Assist with market research to generate new content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, client coordination, and more.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong written communication skills for social media posts, newsletters, and email marketing.
- Proficient with Mailchimp, CRM tools, and content management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to maintain a positive and professional tone.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
