  • *Job Summary:** We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media & Content Manager to build and run our brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube from the ground up. This role covers everything from setting up and establishing our pages properly, to posting consistently, writing hook-driven captions, managing our community, and handling influencer outreach as we scale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable executing content and thinking strategically about what will grow an audience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and establish brand pages across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube from scratch
  • Post consistently across all platforms using carousels, AI-assisted clips, repurposed UGC content, and influencer footage
  • Write compelling captions with strong hooks targeted at the right demographics for each platform
  • Repurpose raw influencer and UGC footage quickly and push it out across all channels
  • Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and follower interactions as the audience grows
  • Handle influencer outreach and correspondence when the brand is ready to scale that effort
  • Create and format basic graphics and short-form content using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice across all channels
  • Monitor content performance and share insights on what is gaining traction and what needs adjustment
  • Stay current on platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh and competitive

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to write scroll-stopping captions and hooks
  • Experience repurposing UGC and influencer footage for cross-platform distribution
  • Basic graphic design and content formatting skills using Canva or similar tools
  • Basic short-form video editing experience using CapCut or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of social media growth strategies, platform algorithms, and audience targeting
  • Experience building and managing an engaged social media community including DMs and comments
  • Comfortable building a brand’s social media presence from zero with no existing content or pages
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms independently
  • Strong written English communication skills for both captions and influencer correspondence

Preferred Skills

  • Experience launching social media pages for a new brand or product from scratch
  • Background in influencer outreach, affiliate coordination, or UGC campaign management
  • Familiarity with content testing strategies across different hooks, angles, and demographics
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop and how content supports e-commerce integration
  • Understanding of social media analytics and ability to report on performance meaningfully
  • Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or consumer product marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp as a bonus
