Marketing Funnel Automation Specialist

• *Job Summary:** We are looking for a proactive Marketing Automation Specialist to help streamline and scale our marketing operations. This role focuses on building automated funnel systems, managing marketing workflows, and supporting social media marketing so that lead nurturing and follow-up no longer rely on manual, one-by-one responses. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can design smart automations and contribute ideas to grow our reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing funnels and workflows
• Set up automated responses and sequences to reduce manual, repetitive communication
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and convert leads
• Manage and grow social media marketing across relevant platforms
• Create and schedule content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals
• Nurture leads through automated email and messaging sequences
• Monitor campaign and automation performance, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to refine systems and strategy over time

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM/funnel platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows and sequences
• Experience managing social media marketing
• Solid understanding of lead nurturing and funnel strategy
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with the business owner

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting coaching, consulting, or personal development businesses
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance and speed up automation
• Content creation skills for social media and marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A strategic mindset with the ability to suggest improvements beyond execution
