Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to build and manage our outbound sales pipeline from the ground up. In this role, you will source quality B2B leads, run cold email outreach and follow-up sequences, and book qualified appointments with business owners and operations managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable owning the full funnel — from first touch to booked call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an outbound lead generation funnel from the ground up
  • Source, research, and verify B2B leads using prospecting tools such as Apollo and similar platforms
  • Write, launch, and optimize cold email sequences
  • Manage consistent, timely follow-ups across the entire pipeline
  • Book qualified appointments with decision-makers (business owners, operations managers)
  • Qualify and nurture leads as they move through the funnel
  • Track and maintain the full sales pipeline and lead records
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally to convert prospects into booked calls
  • Report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and appointments set

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Hands-on experience writing and managing cold email sequences and campaigns
  • Familiarity with prospecting and lead-sourcing tools such as Apollo (or similar AI-powered tools)
  • Experience booking appointments with decision-makers
  • Strong written English suitable for professional cold outreach
  • Ability to manage a sales funnel end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience setting up lead generation and outreach systems from scratch
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly
  • Experience in e-commerce or product-based B2B sales
  • CRM experience and comfort managing pipeline data
  • Confident objection handling and the ability to perform under role-play scenarios
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, 9AM to 1 PM UK timezone (GMT/BST).
