Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Funnel & Website Specialist to take ownership of the technical build-out of our website, sales pages, and marketing funnels. You will work inside a white-labeled GoHighLevel platform to fix and optimize existing pages, enable product purchasing, build automated funnels, and set up the workflows that support our launches. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable executing against detailed written specifications and can turn a documented plan into a working, polished funnel without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and rebuild existing website pages inside a GoHighLevel (white-label) environment
- Configure sales pages so products and programs can be purchased directly, including checkout setup
- Build and connect landing pages and opt-in pages for new resources and lead magnets
- Set up a newsletter signup funnel from opt-in through delivery and follow-up
- Create and maintain automations and workflows for lead capture, nurture, and client onboarding
- Implement page changes based on detailed step-by-step specifications provided by the business
- Ensure all pages follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across the site
- Test funnels, forms, payment flows, and automations end-to-end before launch
- Troubleshoot technical issues across pages, integrations, and automation sequences
- Support ongoing page and funnel build-outs as new offers and resources are launched
Mandatory Skills
- Proven hands-on experience building funnels and websites in GoHighLevel
- Experience working within white-labeled GoHighLevel instances
- Ability to build and configure sales pages with working product/checkout functionality
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and triggers
- Experience setting up email/newsletter funnels and opt-in sequences
- Ability to follow detailed written specifications accurately and completely
- Comfortable working from a brand book and maintaining visual consistency
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, including clear written updates on progress and blockers
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva for light design and asset preparation
- Familiarity with Slack for day-to-day team communication
- Experience supporting coaching, consulting, or membership-based businesses
- Understanding of funnel performance basics and conversion best practices
- Experience integrating payment processors and third-party tools with GoHighLevel
- Ability to manage multiple build projects simultaneously and prioritize by launch dates
