Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel Expert to keep the technical and operational engine of a fast-moving, AI-augmented business running smoothly. This role combines deep GoHighLevel systems work — funnels, pipelines, automations, and integrations — with client-support triage and the practical, non-creative production side of content, including scheduling and light video editing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who troubleshoots independently, communicates constantly without being chased, and is genuinely comfortable learning and working alongside new AI tools as they evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor GoHighLevel — funnels, calendars, pipelines, automations, and integrations
• Build and audit CRM pipelines and sales stages
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, monitoring automation logs and troubleshooting workflow failures
• Support webhook, API, and Zapier integrations and keep email and SMS delivery configuration reliable
• Integrate GoHighLevel with connected apps as needs grow — including quiz and scorecard tools — covering results delivery, tagging, and follow-up automations
• Triage and action client-support tickets, handling routine customer queries (access, membership, scheduling) and escalating anything sensitive
• Schedule approved written and edited video content, organize assets into the correct folders, and give everything a final check before it goes live
• Perform checklist-driven video editing — cleaning up audio, removing fillers and silences, and adding titles and captions in house style
• Manage work in project-management and team-chat tools, posting daily and weekly status updates and flagging blockers immediately
• Coordinate with the team’s AI agents and general AI tools, and keep systems documentation, URL lists, and asset folders current

Mandatory Skills

• Strong, proven GoHighLevel experience across funnels, pipelines, CRM, and automations
• Hands-on integration skills including webhooks, API connections, and Zapier
• Ability to configure reliable email and SMS delivery
• Experience integrating quiz or scorecard tools into a CRM (results delivery, tagging, follow-up automations)
• Comfortable with checklist-driven video editing and social content scheduling tools
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools and with project-management and team-chat tools
• Genuinely comfortable using and learning AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong written communication skills with proactive, no-chasing status updates

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or managing AI-generated avatars or AI-presented video content
• Familiarity with domain, hosting, DNS, and email-forwarding checks
• Ability to create simple AI-generated images to support content
• Experience keeping systems documentation, prompt libraries, and master URL lists organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment alongside AI systems
