Etsy Listings Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Etsy Listings Specialist to help manage and optimize our online store. This role focuses on creating and updating high-converting product listings, conducting keyword research, and ensuring our shop stays competitive and easy to discover. The ideal candidate has hands-on Etsy experience and a strong eye for detail when it comes to product presentation and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize Etsy product listings, including titles, descriptions, and tags
• Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and search ranking on Etsy
• Edit and format product photos for listings to align with brand standards
• Monitor and update inventory levels, pricing, and variations across listings
• Research competitor listings and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
• Organize and categorize shop sections for a clean, easy-to-navigate storefront
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages related to listings, orders, and product details
• Track listing performance and suggest improvements based on views, favorites, and conversion data
• Assist with seasonal or promotional listing updates and new product launches

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience creating and managing Etsy shop listings
• Strong understanding of Etsy SEO best practices and keyword research
• Experience with basic photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard and shop management tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong written communication skills for customer messages and listing copy

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms beyond Etsy (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
• Knowledge of Etsy Ads and promotional tools
• Background in graphic design or product photography editing
• Experience analyzing shop analytics to guide listing strategy
• Ability to manage multiple product lines or listing batches simultaneously
