Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing apparel brand built on Shopify and a print-on-demand model. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, working with Printify or similar print-on-demand platforms, and handling product listings, integrations, and supplier coordination. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and confident managing multiple moving parts of an online store.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including basic website updates and product page management
Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between the print-on-demand platform (Printify) and Shopify
Create and upload new product designs in Printify based on assets provided by the in-house designer
Build and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and variants
Assist with product sourcing for new catalog additions when needed
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse partners on logistics, fulfillment, and shipping
Manage inventory and ensure product availability across the store
Monitor order flow and identify any issues with fulfillment or product sync
Support general e-commerce operations and contribute to process improvements

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience managing Shopify stores, including product listing and store maintenance
Hands-on experience with Printify, Printful, or similar print-on-demand platforms
Strong understanding of print-on-demand and drop shipping workflows
Experience managing app integrations within Shopify
Solid product listing skills with attention to descriptions, images, and SEO basics
Familiarity with supplier coordination and inventory management
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong written communication skills and responsiveness

Preferred Skills

Background working with apparel or fashion e-commerce brands
Experience sourcing products and onboarding new suppliers
Familiarity with order fulfillment and shipping logistics
Basic graphic design awareness to spot issues with uploaded mockups
Ability to manage multiple projects and tools simultaneously
Experience scaling stores or expanding product catalogs
