Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day operations behind our online store. This role covers product listings, inventory and order management, customer service, and store optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently to keep the store running smoothly while spotting opportunities to improve sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the online store, including product listings, pricing, and stock levels
  • Maintain the website to ensure pages display correctly and all links are working
  • Set up and update product details such as descriptions, shipping weights, and measurements
  • Create and maintain store pages such as refund, exchange, and return policy pages
  • Process orders and coordinate fulfillment and shipping logistics
  • Handle refunds, returns, and exchange requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and other support channels
  • Manage and publish customer reviews to the store
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for search visibility (SEO)
  • Schedule and manage promotions, discount codes, and sales campaigns
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to grow revenue

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience as an e-commerce VA or in online store management
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress / WooCommerce (or similar e-commerce platforms)
  • Familiarity with product listing, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment workflows
  • Understanding of basic e-commerce SEO for product titles and descriptions
  • Comfortable handling customer service across multiple channels
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

  • Experience setting up store policy pages and configuring shipping settings
  • Familiarity with running promotions, discount codes, and flash sales
  • Experience with sales reporting and basic analytics
  • Ability to suggest improvements and strategies, not just execute tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
