Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and focused Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing AI-powered content creation company. The core task of this role is researching targeted businesses on Facebook Marketplace, extracting their contact information, and entering it accurately into a cloud-based spreadsheet. This is a high-volume, repetitive task that requires speed, consistency, and attention to detail above all else.

Key Responsibilities

• Browse Facebook Marketplace daily to identify businesses actively advertising within assigned industry categories
• Extract relevant contact and business information from listings according to a defined process
• Enter collected data accurately into a cloud-based spreadsheet following a set template and format
• Work through assigned industry lists systematically and maintain a consistent output pace
• Follow the established workflow precisely, completing tasks in a rinse-and-repeat manner throughout each shift
• Flag any issues, duplicates, or unclear entries to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain data quality and consistency across all entries

Mandatory Skills

• Strong computer literacy — comfortable navigating websites and web-based tools with ease
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar cloud-based spreadsheet tools
• Fast and accurate data entry with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to follow a simple, structured process consistently without supervision
• Reliable, focused, and able to sustain high-volume repetitive tasks with consistent quality
• Functional English communication skills — sufficient to understand instructions and flag questions clearly

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in data entry, lead generation, or web research roles
• Familiarity with Facebook and Facebook Marketplace as a platform
• Experience working in a target-driven or output-focused environment
• Ability to identify and flag data discrepancies or listing anomalies
• Comfortable working independently for extended periods with minimal check-ins
