Job Summary
We are looking for a charismatic, camera-confident Brand Ambassador to become the face and voice of our brand. You will create short, engaging videos that react to the latest news in outsourcing, virtual assistance and workplace trends, and connect each story to how we help businesses build great teams. The ideal candidate is warm, articulate and natural on camera, someone business owners feel they already know. Over time, this role grows into a broader sales and marketing position, including hosting webinars for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Film 2-3 short talking-head videos per day in a green-screen format, with the news article or report shown behind you
- React to current news from the outsourcing, virtual assistant and workplace trends space and connect each story to the value we bring to businesses
- Deliver news-based scripts prepared with AI tools on camera, in your own natural voice and personality
- Close every video with a clear call to action that invites viewers to get our free guide
- Reply to comments and DMs and guide interested viewers through our lead capture flow
- Post and publish videos across our social media channels
- Support video editing and content preparation as the role develops
- Grow into hosting webinars for prospective clients and taking on a wider sales and marketing role
Mandatory Skills
- Confident, natural and charismatic presence on camera
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, natural delivery that connects easily with US and international audiences
- Warm, positive and personable, with an easy ability to build rapport so people feel they are talking to a friend
- Ability to turn a script or news story into an engaging, conversational message
- Comfortable being the public face of the brand on social media
- Intelligent, quick learner who picks up new tools and ideas fast
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the virtual assistant, outsourcing or staffing industry, such as recruitment, client management or work at a VA agency
- Video editing experience, especially short-form content
- Social media content creation or management experience
- Familiarity with ManyChat or other DM automation tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for writing and content
- Experience presenting, hosting or speaking to an audience, including webinars
- Interest in sales and marketing, or experience in a client-facing role
