Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and policy-conscious Amazon Operations VA to manage and grow a reestablished Amazon seller account. This full-time role covers end-to-end store operations including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and account health monitoring. The ideal candidate has solid Amazon Seller Central experience and understands the importance of following platform policies to keep the account in good standing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of an Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, pricing, and inventory
Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Monitor and maintain account health, staying on top of Amazon performance metrics and policy compliance
Source and list products from AliExpress and similar suppliers for resale on Amazon
Process orders and handle customer inquiries, returns, and refunds in a timely manner
Research trending and profitable products to expand the store’s catalog
Monitor competitor listings and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports on store activity
Ensure all listings and selling practices comply fully with Amazon’s policies and terms of service

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account (individual or third-party seller)
Strong knowledge of Amazon listing best practices including titles, bullet points, and keyword optimization
Solid understanding of Amazon’s policies, seller performance metrics, and account health requirements
Experience sourcing products from AliExpress or similar dropshipping platforms
Ability to process orders, manage returns, and handle basic customer service on Amazon
Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to following platform rules and procedures
Reliable and able to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly and flag issues proactively

Preferred Skills

Experience with Amazon SEO and keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
Background in general merchandise, consumer goods, or dropshipping product categories
Familiarity with Amazon FBA and FBM fulfillment models
Experience recovering or reactivating an Amazon account following a suspension or deactivation
Knowledge of Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products) for basic listing promotion
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions for the store
