Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and self-driven AI Content Creator VA to launch and manage a brand-new YouTube channel from the ground up. This role covers the full content pipeline — writing scripts, producing AI avatar videos with B-roll and voiceover, and publishing optimized content that drives viewers into our sales funnel. The ideal candidate is fast, efficient, and comfortable working with AI video tools while maintaining consistent output quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging video scripts on educational and informational topics within a specific content niche
- Produce AI avatar videos using voiceover, B-roll footage, and supporting visuals
- Edit and assemble long-form videos (approximately 12–16 minutes each)
- Manage the end-to-end YouTube channel workflow, including uploads and publishing schedule
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing video topics
- Write optimized video titles and descriptions to maximize discoverability
- Design click-worthy thumbnails for each upload
- Maintain a consistent production output of roughly 16–22 videos per month
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Ensure video descriptions correctly direct viewers to the relevant product links and offers
- Monitor channel performance and suggest improvements to titles, thumbnails, and topics
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in video editing and content production for YouTube
- Hands-on experience with AI avatar and AI voiceover tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar)
- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, informational content in English
- Experience with YouTube channel management, including uploads, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
- Working knowledge of YouTube keyword research and SEO best practices
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Ability to source and integrate B-roll footage effectively
- High output efficiency — able to produce quality videos quickly and consistently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience launching and growing a YouTube channel from zero
- Familiarity with thumbnail design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form content for multiple platforms
- Understanding of sales funnels and content-driven product promotion
- Interest in or knowledge of personal security, online safety, or consumer protection topics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
