Candidate search & sourcing
Using the brief from our meeting, we search our network and job boards for candidates who match your role. Specialized positions can take a little longer, and we'll keep you posted on progress and timelines.
Candidate presentation & interviews
You'll receive detailed profiles of around 3 top candidates in our shared chat group, including an experience summary and interview records. We then set up video interviews so you can meet each one. The final choice is always yours.
Offer, start & ongoing support
Once you've chosen, we handle the official job offer and coordinate the start date and final details. Most candidates begin within 3–5 business days of accepting. Your VA reports directly to you, and we stay available with support and best practices for as long as they work with you.
