Onboarding Call & Role Definition
If we haven’t conducted a comprehensive Onboarding Call yet, we’d like to schedule one to ensure we find you the perfect match
A detailed Onboarding Call via Google Meet helps us understand your specific needs and launch the recruitment process more efficiently.
What we'll cover in this 30 minute session:
- Review your current processes and identify tasks for delegation
- Define the exact skills, experience, and personality fit you need
- Determine work schedule, tools, and communication preferences
- Create a detailed job description for our recruitment team
- Discuss your onboarding approach and success metrics
Timeline: If needed, scheduling this call early will help us accelerate your recruitment timeline.

Candidate Search & Sourcing
Based on the requirements we’ve discussed (or will discuss in our Onboarding Call), we’ll initiate our recruitment process. We’ll search through our network and job boards to identify candidates that match your specific role requirements. For highly specialized positions, the search might take slightly longer, and we’ll keep you updated with progress and timelines.
Candidate Presentation & Interviews
Once we’ve identified the top candidates, you’ll receive detailed profiles of about 3 candidates via our chat group, including their experience summary, interview records and more details.
We’ll then schedule video interviews for you to personally meet and evaluate each candidate. You’ll have full control over the final selection process.
Selection & Offer Process
After you’ve made your choice, we’ll handle the official job offer to your selected candidate.
We’ll coordinate start dates, final details, and any additional requirements. Most candidates can begin work within 3-5 business days of offer acceptance.
Onboarding & Integration Support
Your new VA will report directly to you and undergo training under your guidance.
We’ll provide support, best practices, and remain available to ensure smooth integration and address any questions as long as the VA working.
