Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Campaign Management VA to plan and run outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads and booked conversations. This role combines sharp outreach copywriting with hands-on campaign management across LinkedIn and email. The ideal candidate writes excellent English, understands what makes outbound messaging convert, and can manage prospecting end to end with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeted to an ideal customer profile
- Write personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and email sequences that drive replies
- Manage coordinated outbound across both LinkedIn and email
- Research and build prospect lists based on defined targeting criteria
- Craft compelling outreach copy and test variations to improve response rates
- Track campaign performance and optimize messaging based on results
- Manage and organize the lead pipeline, keeping prospect records clean and up to date
- Qualify responses and hand off or book warm leads for follow-up
- Report on outreach metrics and suggest improvements to messaging and targeting
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach or lead generation campaigns
- Excellent written English with strong outreach copywriting ability
- Comfort with outbound prospecting across both LinkedIn and email
- Experience managing multi-step outreach sequences and follow-ups
- Ability to track and act on campaign performance data
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or B2B outreach contexts
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach/automation tools
- Background in appointment setting or sales development
- Experience with CRM and lead-tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
