Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient SEO/Content Specialist to establish and strengthen our digital presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization principles, content strategy, and the evolving landscape of AI-generated search results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical SEO expertise and strong content creation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize our WordPress website for search engines and AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools)
Develop and implement content strategies that achieve strong rankings in both traditional search and AI-generated results
Create high-quality, optimized content aligned with target audience search intent and business objectives
Build and maintain a strategic backlink profile through community engagement on platforms including Quora, Reddit, and industry-relevant forums
Utilize Elementor to enhance site structure, user experience, and technical SEO performance
Monitor and optimize visibility in AI-generated answers through Answer Optimization (AO) techniques
Develop and execute content strategies that attract qualified organic traffic from target audiences
Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and content effectiveness
Stay current with search algorithm updates and emerging AI search technologies

Mandatory Requirements

Demonstrated SEO expertise with proven track record of results –

MUST

Proficiency in WordPress content management and optimization – MUST
Strong content creation and optimization capabilities
Understanding of AI search engine functionality and ranking factors
Experience building quality backlinks through community engagement and outreach
Excellent written English communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Self-directed with ability to manage projects independently

Preferred Skills

Experience with Elementor page builder
Knowledge of virtual assistant or recruitment industry dynamics
Active participation in Reddit, Quora, or similar community platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Understanding of Answer Optimization (AO) strategies
Experience with technical SEO audits and implementation
