Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a relationship-driven Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build authentic, trust-based reach for our brand across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is about getting the right creators — both business and remote-work audiences globally, and VA and work-from-home creators in the Philippines — to feature us in their own voice, not as a scripted ad. The ideal candidate is a sharp negotiator, a disciplined budget manager, and someone who leads with rapport before ever making an ask.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and vet relevant creators across business, productivity, and remote-work niches globally, as well as VA and work-from-home creators in the Philippines
• Run relationship-first outreach, building genuine rapport before any collaboration request
• Negotiate collaborations end to end — briefs, deliverables, timelines, and disclosure compliance
• Audit real engagement versus fake or inflated followings to protect the budget
• Shape content that fits each creator’s authentic voice rather than reading as a paid placement
• Manage collaboration budgets with strong discipline and clear cost-per-acquisition thinking
• Track and report on reach, engagement, sentiment, referral traffic, and attributed leads or applications
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a growing roster of creators

Mandatory Skills

• A real portfolio of creator collaborations you personally ran, with measurable results
• Existing creator relationships you can name and speak to
• Strong negotiation skills and disciplined budget management
• Native-level, natural English with warm, relationship-first communication
• Proven ability to spot fake followers and inflated engagement
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Philippine creator ecosystem (TikTok and YouTube VA/WFH creators)
• Experience working across both B2B and creator-facing audiences
• Familiarity with influencer tooling such as Modash, HypeAuditor, or NinjaOutreach
• Experience with UTM tagging, link tracking, and attribution reporting
