Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and self-directed HubSpot Marketing and Automations Expert to take full ownership of the technical side of a growing online education business. The business owner handles all content and ad creatives — your role is to build, fix, and optimize the infrastructure that makes everything run.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on auditing messy systems, finding what’s broken, and putting a solid plan in place to fix it.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a full audit of the existing marketing tech stack and provide a clear implementation plan
- Fix and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including pixel setup, lead tracking, and audience targeting
- Set up and repair ManyChat integrations with Meta Ads and other tools
- Build and manage HubSpot CRM workflows, including email automation, lead nurture sequences, and contact list organization
- Connect and configure Zapier workflows across platforms
- Ensure landing pages on Systeme.io are properly integrated and capturing leads
- Connect business phone number to HubSpot and set up SMS workflows
- Manage existing lead lists from webinars and newsletter sign-ups
- Support Google Ads setup once website migration is complete
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads (leads campaigns, pixel setup, tracking) — MUST
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, automation, email sequences) — MUST
- Strong knowledge of ManyChat and integration with Meta
- Experience with Zapier and connecting marketing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- UK timezone availability (or highly compatible)
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Able to audit, plan, and execute without being micromanaged
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Systeme.io or similar funnel/website platforms
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel
- Background supporting solo entrepreneurs or small business owners
