GoHighLevel Funnel & Workflow Automation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a GoHighLevel Funnel & Workflow Automation Specialist to build out our GoHighLevel environment from the ground up. This is a hands-on build role — you will architect the account structure, construct funnels and landing pages, and design the automation workflows that run behind them. The ideal candidate has genuinely built GoHighLevel systems from scratch (not just maintained existing ones) and can translate business processes into clean, reliable automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure the full GoHighLevel account architecture from scratch, including sub-account setup and system structure
• Design and build high-converting funnels, landing pages, and forms within GoHighLevel
• Create automation workflows, triggers, and conditional logic to move leads through the system without manual intervention
• Set up and configure CRM pipelines, opportunity stages, tags, and custom fields
• Configure calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
• Build email and SMS campaigns, sequences, and follow-up automations
• Connect third-party tools and platforms through integrations, webhooks, and API connections
• Set up domains, tracking, and reporting dashboards to monitor performance
• Test, troubleshoot, and QA all builds before deployment
• Document the system build with clear SOPs so the setup can be maintained and handed over

Mandatory Skills

• Proven hands-on experience building GoHighLevel systems from scratch, including full account architecture
• Strong funnel and landing page building skills within GoHighLevel
• Deep working knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automation logic
• Experience configuring CRM pipelines, opportunity stages, tags, and custom fields
• Ability to set up email and SMS automations, calendars, and booking systems
• Understanding of integrations, webhooks, and connecting external tools to GoHighLevel
• Ability to translate a business process into a working automated system
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical builds in plain language

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel snapshots, agency mode, or white-label setups
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n for extended automation
• Basic HTML/CSS for custom styling within funnels and pages
• Experience with domain setup, DNS configuration, and email/SMS deliverability (Twilio, Mailgun, LC Phone)
• Ability to write clear SOPs and documentation
• Experience working on multiple builds or projects simultaneously
