Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM and Tech Stack Specialist to build a HubSpot CRM system from the ground up for a growing coaching business. This is a project-based role focused on designing and implementing workflows, automations, and integrations that help organize client relationships and streamline follow-up. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot expert who can architect a clean, functional system and advise on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure a HubSpot CRM system tailored to the business’s needs
- Design workflows and automations for lead capture and client follow-up
- Set up integrations between HubSpot and other business tools
- Advise on CRM structure and best practices for organizing client data
- Create a system for tracking and coordinating client relationships
- Recommend automation ideas to improve efficiency and follow-up
- Document the setup so it can be managed and maintained after handoff
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM setup and configuration
- Strong experience building workflows and automations
- Experience integrating CRMs with third-party tools and platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into a clean, functional CRM structure
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills to advise and guide non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HubSpot integrations for tools such as QuickBooks
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other all-in-one CRM platforms
- Experience setting up CRMs for coaches, consultants, or service businesses
- Ability to build lead-generation funnels and lead capture flows
- Experience creating SOPs and documentation for system handoff

Work Schedule
