Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and engaging Community Manager to oversee and grow our established digital communities. This role requires a proactive professional who can leverage existing channels with significant traffic, create compelling content, and build meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strategic, and skilled at both community engagement and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and actively engage with existing online communities across multiple platforms
- Create and publish relevant content that resonates with community members and aligns with brand messaging
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and community inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure content alignment with community needs and interests
- Develop and execute strategies to grow existing communities and establish new digital assets
- Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
- Implement organic growth strategies to attract new members and increase engagement
- Track community metrics and report on engagement, growth, and overall community health
- Identify opportunities to create new communities based on audience needs and strategic goals
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience managing online communities across platforms such as Facebook groups, LinkedIn, forums, or similar channels – MUST
- Excellent written communication skills in English – MUST
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices
- Ability to create simple content including text posts and basic graphics
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans
- Highly proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision required
- Available approximately 10:00-14:00 Israel time (flexible schedule)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the recruitment or virtual assistant industry
- Content creation skills including graphic design or video editing
- Familiarity with community analytics and reporting tools
- Track record of growing communities from the ground up
- Experience with community management platforms and scheduling tools
- Understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies
